ACCOUNTING

Hard Count Relief Supervisor (1): Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stoop, bend kneel for extended periods of time. Math skills, computer skills and knowledge of scale. Able to work weekends and holidays.

Wrapper (1): Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stoop, bend and kneel for extended periods of time. Math skills and able to work graveyard, weekends and holidays.

CAGE

Supervisor (1): Excellent customer service skills required. Must have cash handling experience with supervisory experience in a casino environment.  Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills required.

EVS

Attendant (4): Bending, pushing, pulling, ability to lift 50 lbs. and use a two-way radio knowledge of MSDS sheets and cleaning chemicals. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Barback (1): Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule, including any shift, weekends and holidays. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Beverage Supervisor (1): Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to multi-task. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous F&B management preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communicate skills and delegation skills, able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Buffet Runner (2): Must have excellent customer service skills. Be able to stand for long periods of time must be able to speak and English.

Busser (2): Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to stand for long periods of time. Previous experience preferred. Must be able to communicate well with others. Able to lift approximately 40 lbs. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays. 

Carver (1): Must be able to stand for long periods of time, must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to speak and read English, able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Cocktail Server (3): Excellent customer service skills. Able to walk and stand on feet for long period of time, able to be in confined areas. Able to carry up to 30 lbs.

Dreyers Clerk (1): Great customer service skills, able to be on feet in a fast paced environment. Able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Food Server (2): Excellent customer service skills. Previous F&B experience required.  Lift up to 30 lbs, able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Hostess/Cashier (2): Must have excellent customer service skills. Cash handling experience, must be able to stand for long periods of time, able to work in  a fast paced environment, able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Lead Pantry Cook (1): Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to stand for long periods of time, Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to carry out objectives, follow recipes.

Line Cook (3): Excellent customer service skills prefer 1-2 years experience in fast paced restaurant. Must be able to stand for long periods of time must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Pantry Cook (2): Must be able to push, pull, carry 50 lbs. Must be able to follow directions.  1-2 years of experience preferred.

Pastry Chef (1): Minimum 1-2 year Pastry Chef experience. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Sous Chef (1): Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant. Knowledge of labor and food cost, ability to efficiently manage food production in all areas. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

Steward (1): Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Long periods of standing, able to bend and lift 35 lbs or more. Able to work any shift, weekends and holidays

HOTEL

Beach Club Supervisor (1): Must be 21 years of age. Management experience in retail. Able to stand long hours. Able to work any shift, weekends and holidays. Leadership and customer service required. Must stock, clean, organize shop and oversee employees. Alcohol Awareness card.

Guest Room Attendant (1): Must be able to service 17 guest rooms in a timely fashion, vacuum, make beds, dust, and lift up 30 lbs. very physical work. Guest satisfaction is top priority. Must be able to communicate with supervisor and fellow employees.

House Attendant (2): Stocking linen rooms, vacuum hallways, empty dirty linen, inventory, lift 45 lbs, physical work, customer service and satisfaction priority.

SECURITY

Officer (1):  21 years of age. Read/Write English, high school grad. /GED, Valid Drivers license, able to work in extreme weather. Stand for long periods of time, able to subdue/arrest patrons, no criminal history.
